Concrètement, Skello est une solution SaaS de pilotage RH pour tous les établissements dont les plannings sont complexes. Pour les managers, Skello optimise l’organisation du travail et aide à la prise de décision dans le pilotage des coûts liés aux équipes. Pour les employés, Skello facilite leur communication et simplifie leur quotidien.

L’ambition de Skello est de devenir la solution de référence pour toutes les équipes de terrain en Europe. Pour cela, une levée de fonds en Série B de 40M€ a été réalisée en septembre 2021 auprès de fonds experts dans le domaine (Partech, Aglaé Ventures & XAnge) pour apporter toujours plus de valeur à ses clients grâce à de nouvelles fonctionnalités et s’ouvrir à de nouveaux secteurs d’activité, au-delà des secteurs historiques : l’hospitality, le retail et la santé.

**Contexte**

Au sein de l'équipe Sales - French Market, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Head of Sales afin de garantir le succès des équipes commerciales françaises de notre Hub de Barcelone. Pour atteindre cet objectif, tu seras amené(e) à:
**Missions
1. Manager les équipes commerciales:

- Recruter des profils BDR pour atteindre notre forecast (+/- 8 salariés en Q2)
- Former et coacher quotidiennement 1 team-leader AE et 2 mentors BDR en direct, et 20 BDR et AE en indirect
- Promouvoir les BDR et AE dans leurs career path respectifs
- Organiser le quotidien de tes équipes : temps de production, temps d’administratif, points d’équipe, point individuel, revues mensuelles
- Inspirer tes équipes en montrant l’exemple et en incarnant les valeurs de Skello
- Motiver et engager tes équipes pour les emmener vers la surperformance et l’épanouissement

2. Manager les process et outils commerciaux:

- Monitorer l’ensemble des KPI de tes équipes
- Maîtriser l’ensemble des outils de ventes et garantir leur bonne utilisation
- Optimiser les process commerciaux
- Contribuer à la définition des quotas et forecast pour tes équipes
- Attribuer les différents leads selon les critères établis à Paris

3. Représenter l’équipe French Market au sein du Hub et de Skello France
- Relayer le leadership Parisien à Barcelone en portant les messages clefs
- Incarner les équipes Barcelonaises auprès du leadership Parisien
- Contribuer à l’animation et la culture du Barcelone
- Collaborer avec l’ensemble des leaders du Hub

**Qualifications
- Avoir plus de 5 ans d’expérience commerciale
- Avoir plus de 3 ans d’expérience de management
- Vivre ou souhaiter vivre à Barcelone
- Être à l'aise en anglais (et un plus pour l'espagnol)
