**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
Como Business Development Representative, formarás parte del equipo de ventas regional brindando apoyo al equipo de Account Executives y Account Managers en el desarrollo de nuevos negocios dentro del territorio español en industrias específicas.

Tu misión será aplicar habilidades de generación de leads para identificar y adquirir nuevos clientes con la finalidad de hacer crecer y desarrollar nuevas cuentas y cuentas existentes para fortalecer nuestra presencia en la región.

Convertirte en un evangelista de nuestra tecnología y mostrar el poder innovador de nuestras herramientas. Utilizar tu visión profunda del negocio y conocimiento del mercado para desempeñar un papel fundamental en llevar a los prospectos a través del ciclo completo de ventas.

Colaborar en el desarrollo de nuevos negocios con un enfoque de venta centrado en el cliente, tu misión será identificar y calificar nuevas oportunidades, descubrir y entender los complejos desafíos de los prospectos al mismo tiempo que educas a los posibles clientes sobre el valor de las soluciones de Digimind

**EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA**:

- Licenciado/a en ADE, Sociología, Periodismo, Marketing, Comercio, Ingeniería o similar.
- Experiência de al menos 1 año en áreas de desarrollo de negocio o comerciales en empresas de tecnología (preferiblemente software o aplicaciones empresariales).

**Requisitos**:
Si crees que tienes las siguientes competencias y habilidades, tienes la oportunidad de unirte a nuestro equipo:

- Experiência en prospección en outbound (LinkedIn Sales Navigator + cold calling).
- Consistencia en el cumplimiento de cuota y objetivos. Cultura orientada a resultados.
- Una exitosa experiência en ventas en una empresa de tecnología o un alto valor en el entorno B2B.
- Experiência en desarrollo de negocios y conversaciones con ejecutivos C-Level de compañías Fortune 500.
- Fuerte interés por conquistar mercados (mentalidad competitiva) y generación de leads.
- Buen manejo de herramientas de CRM (Hubspot, preferiblemente).
- Rigor en el manejo del forecast.
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas, entusiastas, proactivas, convincentes.
- Un "Sensei de ventas sociales": que desarrolle su marca profesional y participe con sus clientes potenciales para establecer relaciones de confianza brindando información adaptada a sus necesidades e intereses específicos.
