**Position**:
Business Development Representative - VMware

**About the role**

We are looking for a
**BDM **to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Spain who will be responsible of giving support to the sales team.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Provide pre-sales technical support to and run/verify complex configurations for internal sales staff and external customers on hardware and software.
- Answer technical support questions for customers and sales reps.
- Configure/validate basic requests from resellers.
- Maintain required vendor certifications.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong assessment/prioritization skills
- Ability to create positive impressions with customers, business partners and staff
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
- College experience helpful (preferably in business, marketing, sales or similar major)
