Somos una empresa del sector logístico y tecnológico fundada en 2015 y ahora **en pleno crecimiento.** De hecho, ya nos encontramos en 4 países como España, Portugal, Francia e Italia. Nuestro negocio se centra en la entrega de** última milla.**

Desde nuestros almacenes, supervisamos las operaciones de almacenamiento y entrega. Contamos con equipos de operarios y conductores para procesar pedidos de forma eficiente, puntual y rentable. Planificamos rutas, analizamos datos y garantizamos la mejor experiência para nuestros clientes

Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de un perfil de **Last Mile Warehouse Manager **para nuestro almacén de Mallorca ubicado en **Palma de Mallorca.
**¿Qué harás en esta posición? **‍

Como Last Mile Manager, dependerás directamente del Director de Operaciones y dirigirás las operaciones del día a día en nuestro centro de distribución. Serás responsable de desarrollar y administrar la operativa diaria y deberás proporcionar una visión estratégica para apoyar nuestro rápido crecimiento.
- **Coordinar todas las actividades diarias** del almacén para garantizar un desarrollo óptimo de las operaciones.
- Garantizar que todos los pedidos que pasen por el almacén se entreguen en tiempo y forma.
- Garantizar la **ejecución de las rutas **de entrega más eficientes utilizando el aplicativo de Paack.
- **Sistematizar y dar soporte a las tareas operativas** trabajando codo con codo con tu equipo_ (descarga de los pedidos, sorting, carga, etc.)_
- Dirigir y gestionar al equipo propio de Paack en el almacén, así como del personal externo _(mensajeros, mozos, personal de limpieza, etc)_
- Aportar una **visión estratégica** para nuestra expansión operacional y planificar su ejecución.
- Desarrollar y gestionar una cartera de flotas asociadas, incluida la negociación de precios y acuerdos de nível de servicio y las revisiones periódicas del rendimiento.
- **Dimensionar los recursos externos / internos** para garantizar una operativa del almacén según la demanda en cada época del año.
- Evaluar la eficiencia e identificar oportunidades para aumentar la productividad dentro del equipo.
- Gestionar y supervisar los costes operativos diarios.
- **Coordinación con nuestro equipo de Servicio al Cliente.**:

- **Seguimiento de los principales KPIs** para asegurar el más alto nível de servicio.
- Responsable de implementar las medidas necesarias para proporcionar un lugar de trabajo seguro y limpio para todos los empleados.
