**JOB PURPOSE**
The Logistics Administrative and Customer Service efficiently supports and coordinates the order process, from receipt of the order to delivery to the end customer, as well as following up with the customer in the event of incidents or complaints.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Manage customer orders and delivery notes.
- Monitoring and reporting the status of customer orders to the Logistics Manager.
- Administration, customer service and complaints management.
- Support the invoicing of customer orders.
- Manage unpaid invoices.
- Monitoring and reporting of customer service, warehouse and logistics KPIs.
- Document management.
- Operational and administrative support for logistics, warehousing and customer service.
**IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- English and Spanish High Level
- Degree in administration, transport and logistics or similar.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Experience of using SAGE X3 is a plus.
