What will your challenges be?
Ensure negotiation and business planning with the main wholesalers, ensuring a constant reduction in the "cost to serve" of the market, and developing distribution through the wholesalers' own platforms, through profitable sell-out activities and timely monitoring through data sharing.
**Pharmacy channel purchasing group management**: develop verticalised purchasing groups to achieve excellent distribution and visibility of ISDIN products in pharmacies with lower IQVIA potential. Ensure commercial consistency of investment in the pharmacies franchised to these groups within the established "pay for performance" commercial framework.
**Telesales management**: develop negotiation and digital sales activities through the telesales team, building customer portfolios with development potential within the parameters established for the management of this channel. Ensure constant control of the profitability indicators of this business as well as the commercial activity of the telesales delegates.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years leading commercial teams (more than 15 pax)
**Education**: University Degree.
**Languages**: English intermediate level.
IT: Proficiency in Excel, word, powerpoint.
