¿QUÉ HACE UN VOICE OF CUSTOMER PROJECT LEAD EN MANGO?

Formarás parte del equipo de Customer Experience que tiene como misión potenciar una experiência de cliente memorable fomentando una visión Customer Centric, a la vez que detectar oportunidades de negocio que encajen con nuestro valores y posicionamiento de marca. El Voice of Customer Project Lead tiene como propósito recopilar el feedback de cliente de diversas fuentes, asegurar que ese conocimiento llega a las distintas partes de la organización y que contribuye en la toma de decisiones para mejorar la experiência de nuestros clientes.

En tu día a día, contribuirás a:

- Mapear las distintas fuentes de feedback de cliente, trabajando para crear conocimiento sólido sobre cómo el cliente percibe la marca, el producto y los servicios de Mango.
- En conjunto con el Voice of Customer Lead, desarrollar una estrategia de Comunicación y Activación del conocimiento derivado del programa de VoC, tanto a nível operativo como estratégico.
- En conjunto con el Voice of Customer Lead, diseñar e implementar el programa de formación a la organización en la interpretación e utilización de los KPIs de cliente y experiência derivados del programa de VoC, apoyando la expansión del programa a varios países junto con los equipos de Producto, Online y Retail.
- Comunicar los resultados de los aprendizajes de manera clara y efectiva a los distintos equipos, informando de los hallazgos y haciendo propuestas concretas y constructivas.
- Colaborar mano a mano con los equipos de investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa, para ayudar a construir insights sólidos y completos sobre el consumidor.
- Dar soporte al desarrollo del programa de Voz del Cliente, manejando informes, identificando necesidades de stakeholders clave, preparando presentaciones efectivas y mejorando el impacto del programa.
- Colaborar en la transformación de la organización, fomentando una cultura centrada en las personas, a través de la conexión transversal de equipos y su alineamiento alrededor de las necesidades y motivaciones del cliente.

¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?
- Formación superior en ciencias sociales o económicas, empresariales, estadística, o similares.
- Experiência de 5 años en un rol de gestión de proyecto de investigación cuantitativa. Se valora experiência en proyectos que combinan información cuanti/cuali de varias fuentes y en uso de herramientas de Voz de Cliente (Qualtrics, Medallia, etc.)
- Buscamos a una persona naturalmente empática, observadora, organizada y colaborativa.
- Es importante que conozcas y hayas puesto en práctica diferentes metodologías de investigación cuantitativa.
- Capacidad de análisis y su traslación a hipótesis de negocio, plasmando y comunicando insights de manera accesible e efectiva.
- Para este rol, es esencial que tengas un buen nível de inglés y otro idioma (francés y/o alemán).
