Our client is an Italian company with an international presence, operating across different countries and focusing on the distribution of fine chemicals, specialty chemicals and performance materials.

The company is currently expanding its Sales Team in **Spain** and looking for a **SALES MANAGER **for their** PLASTICS business line**.
We are looking for accomplished professionals who will join the team and bring their market, sales and technical expertise to the table, becoming a key element in managing the business line.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Chemistry or Materials Science
- Knowledge of the **compounding and plastics markets**,**_ _**specifically** **HFFR.**:

- Min. 7 years seniority in a similar role
- Proficiency in English

**Tasks**:

- Mantaining and nurturing existing relationships with the existing customer base
- Identify potential growth opportunities
- Managing and planning commercial activities and targets
- Conducting contract negotiations
