**Molex **está buscando un Account Manager dinámico y proactivo que tendrá la responsabilidad de desarrollar la canalización de

ventas, consolidar las relaciones con los clientes e identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. La posición de Account Manager,

dentro del Equipo Europeo de Desarrollo de Ventas, será responsable de promover las ventas, así como de aumentar los ingresos

dentro de la región del sur de Europa. El Account Manager liderará las cuentas asignadas y equipos multifuncionales.


Las tareas de esta posición se desarrollarán **desde la oficina y requerirá algunos viajes de negocios **(ca. 15%)

**Responsabilidades**:

- Impulsar un crecimiento rentable dentro de un territorio y/o mercado definido
- Desarrollar, fomentar y ampliar la red de clientes aplicando técnicas de ventas tradicionales y digitales
- Responsable de la gestión y el mantenimiento de la cartera de clientes
- Dar soporte con solicitudes de presupuesto complejas y negociaciones de precios
- Resolver conflictos y proporcionar soluciones a los clientes de manera oportuna
- Desarrollar ideas innovadoras que mejoren la experiência del cliente
- Identificar los requisitos técnicos y comerciales de los clientes en colaboración con múltiples unidades de negocio
- Trabajar con los equipos de ventas y marketing para comprender y detectar a los clientes potenciales a través de

múltiples canales digitales y de redes sociales
- Aprendizaje continuo de las funciones y el propósito del producto para apoyar con confianza las necesidades de los

clientes
- Trabajar mano a mano con nuestros clientes para comprender sus necesidades, desafíos y oportunidades de
- crecimiento, y trabajar con ellos para desarrollar y ofrecer una estrategia de crecimiento personalizada

**Requisitos**:

- Excelentes habilidades de venta, comunicación y negociación
- Experiência en una función relacionada con las ventas (ventas, gestión de cuentas, ventas internas), servicio al cliente y/o

soporte técnico
- Habilidades de comunicación fluidas en **inglés y francés**:

- Capacidad para priorizar y operar de manera independiente y efectiva
- De mente abierta hacia tácticas de ventas digitales para hacer crecer el negocio (es decir, marketing digital y redes

sociales)
- Apasionado por el uso de la tecnología para desarrollar y realizar presentaciones y demostraciones virtuales de una

manera creativa
- Capaz de analizar las tendencias de ventas y las condiciones cambiantes del mercado y definir métricas de éxito para los

clientes
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales para trabajar eficazmente en equipo y atraer clientes potenciales

**Se valorará**:

- Licenciatura / Grado. Titulación en Ingeniería sería un plus
- Experiência en la industria electrónica
- Conocimiento en aplicaciones electrónicas y conectores
- Experiência en el uso de SAP y Salesforce sería una ventaja
