**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Job description**:

✍️ **WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? **✍️
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in change management.
- Proven success in scoping, impact analysis, assessment, and plan execution.
- Expertise in crafting effective communication plans and materials.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, facilitate, and develop training materials for diverse audiences.
- Focus on organizational structures, roles, champions networks, and local relays.
- Track record of defining and measuring KPIs for change and adoption.
- International experience in deploying new tools and processes.

✍️ **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: ✍️**
- **Change Management Project**:

- Conduct scoping and impact analysis for proposed changes.
- Lead change assessments and develop comprehensive plans with effective follow-up strategies.
- **Communication**:

- Develop communication plans and materials to ensure effective dissemination of information.
- **Trainings**:

- Plan and execute training programs, including facilitation and material creation.
- **Focus on Organization & Roles**:

- Establish and nurture organizational structures, roles, and networks, including champions and local relays.
- **KPIs**:

- Define and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to change and adoption.
- **Deployment / Roll-out Strategy**:

- Develop and execute deployment and roll-out strategies for new tools and processes.
