**Job Description Summary**: This role will lead Change Management for BD EMEA region, as part of the Corporate Communication organization. You will act primarily to define the journey of change for Commercial Excellence strategy, as well as promoting the adoption of new processes arising from the company's simplification strategy.
This position is a key change partner, acting as reference and advisor to sponsor the Change culture cross organization, helping senior leaders to fulfill the critical role of change sponsor and provide direction to a change network to drive engagement and readiness for different business priorities.
The Change Management Sr Manager will work with the key partners, cascade appropriate information & campaigns and contribute to build messages and collateral accordingly with people readiness strategy, focusing on drive faster adoption and proficiency. The role will closely work with business and functional leaders, PMO leaders and Business Integrator members.

**Main responsibilities will include**:
The objective of this role is to actively partner with a wide network of varied stakeholders to deliver on the necessary change roadmap and communications.
- Provide strategic direction for organizational changes initiatives with the primary objective of the position to serve and support Commercial Excellence programs and the Simplify agenda through the field of change.
- Act as a change advocate, inspiring and motivating teams to embrace change.
- Partner with functions, countries, business and program teams to develop an understanding of change impact and new ways of working to drive sustainable change across all levels in the organization.
- Support communication efforts delivering and management key communications.
- Champion a positive and adaptive culture that aligns with the evolving business environment.
**About you**:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, communications or a related field. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is highly desirable.
- Proven senior experience in change management in a complex environment.
