Para completar nuestro equipo, estamos buscando un Lead Generation Manager (french speaking) altamente competente y apasionado por impulsar el crecimiento y generar oportunidades de ventas a través de estrategias de outbound. Serás responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias efectivas de generación de leads por teléfono, correo electrónico y LinkedIn para nuestro producto, un software de planificación de recursos empresariales.

Tareas
- Estrategia de generación de leads: Desarrollar una estrategia integral de generación de leads “outbound" específica para Sequence ERP en la parte franco-parlante del mercado Suizo, adaptada a la industria del software de planificación de recursos empresariales (ERP) y alineada con los objetivos comerciales de la empresa.
- Generación de leads mediante la prospección por teléfono, correo electrónico y LinkedIn: Utilizar estas herramientas para contactar activamente a posibles clientes, generar interés en Sequence ERP y establecer relaciones sólidas que conduzcan a oportunidades de ventas, para transmitirlas al equipo customer acquisition.
- Gestión de bases de datos y segmentación: Mantener y gestionar bases de datos de clientes potenciales para Sequence ERP en Hubspot, segmentando y clasificando leads según criterios relevantes para nuestra industria y buyer persona. Asegurarse de que los leads se almacenen adecuadamente, se transmitan de manera oportuna y se les dé seguimiento en buen tiempo.
- Colaboración con equipos internos: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos de Sequence ERP, como marketing, ventas y desarrollo de productos, para garantizar una comunicación fluida y una alineación estratégica en la generación y gestión de leads. Implementar las mejores prácticas de generación de leads en interno.
- Análisis y optimización: Realizar un seguimiento y análisis continuos de las métricas de generación de leads de Sequence ERP para evaluar la efectividad de las estrategias implementadas. Realizar pruebas A/B, medir el retorno de la inversión (ROI) y ajustar las tácticas según los resultados obtenidos, con el objetivo de optimizar constantemente las actividades de generación de leads.
- Investigación de mercado y seguimiento de tendencias: Realizar investigaciones de mercado específicas para la industria del ERP, monitorear a la competencia y estar al tanto de las últimas tendencias y prácticas en el campo del marketing digital relacionado con el software ERP.

**Requisitos**:

- Tres años mínimo en generación de leads “outbound".
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en francés.
- Manejo avanzado de Hubspot Professional
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para establecer metas claras de generación de leads y cumplirlas.
- Capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo efectivas.
- Dominio de los idiomas español y francés (el inglés será un plus).
