- Je neemt snel informatie in je op over ons assortiment modeproducten en -diensten.
- Nauwkeurig gespreksgegevens registreren in managementsystemen en ervoor zorgen dat oplossingen voldoen aan onze service level agreements.
- Op de hoogte blijven van de laatste ontwikkelingen op het gebied van service, productkennis en modetrends.
- Je teamleden ondersteunen en deelnemen aan samenwerkingsprojecten met supervisors.
- Je neemt actief deel aan teamvergaderingen en bevordert een constructieve en inclusieve werkplek.
