** Jouw profiel**
- Vaardig in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
- Bekend met IT-platforms, -tools, -apps en basisconfiguratie van internet; kennis van Windows/MS Office is een pré.
- Een sterke klantgerichte instelling.
- Uitstekende luistervaardigheid en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken, je aanpassen aan verschillende situaties en een teamspeler zijn.

- Je leert snel over modeproducten en -diensten.
- Gespreksgegevens efficiënt registreren in beheersystemen en opvolgen om ervoor te zorgen dat ze binnen de SLA's (Service Level Agreements) worden opgelost.

- en productkennis en trends in de sector.
- Waar nodig collega's vervangen en samenwerken met supervisors aan projecten.
