**Receptionist and Assistant to the Manager**

We are a prosperous vacation apartment community, committed to providing exceptional experiences to our guests. Currently, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the dual role of Receptionist and Assistant to the Manager.

As a Receptionist and Assistant to the Manager, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tourist apartment complex. Your responsibilities will encompass two distinct yet complementary aspects:
**Responsibilities as Receptionist**:

- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, including reservation confirmations and payments.
- Provide information about our facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

**Responsibilities as Assistant to the Manager**:

- Assist the Director in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the management team.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the management.
- Assist with project management, including property maintenance and improvement initiatives.
- Support the Director in ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and community maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptability and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Essential knowledge of Spanish and English. Proficiency or fluency in Scandinavian and/or French languages is highly valued.
