**Join Our Growing Rentals & Property Management Team**

Marbella Dream Living is seeking a highly motivated and organised Rentals & Property Management assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rental properties, from tenant relations to maintenance and everything in between.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advertise and fill vacancies in our rental properties
- Negotiate and enforce lease agreements
- Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records
- Ensure properties comply with all local and state regulations

**Qualifications**:

- No experience required
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
