We are seeking an Administration Assistant for our Real Estate office in Nueva Andalucía office. Part-Time or full-time position available.

The job entails providing administrative assistance to the business. The job holder shall ensure that they are proficient in the use of word and excel with good literacy and IT skills.

English and Spanish language is essential

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently.
