En Vincci Hoteles seleccionamos a un/a **GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER** para nuestro Hotel Vincci Selección Estrella del Mar 5*,
- ubicado en Marbella (Málaga).

**¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?**
- Atención directa al cliente.
- Informar y asesorar a los clientes sobre los servicios del Hotel.
- Asumir las funciones que le delegue el Director del Hotel.
- Velar por la correcta aplicación de los estándares de calidad y servicio definido por la divisióncorporativa.
- Trasmitir la imagen de la cadena.
- Planificar acciones y promociones para potenciar las ventas.
- Atender las quejas, reclamaciones o sugerencias de los clientes.
- Adecuar los servicios existentes para atraer a los segmentos de mercado más interesantes.
- Sustituir al Director/a o Subdirector/a en caso necesario.
- Informar a los jefes/as de departamentos de la satisfacción del cliente y posibles fallos destacados para poder introducir medidas correctoras.

**Requisitos**:
**¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir?**
- Diplomatura en Turismo.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar.
- Nível de inglés alto.
- Valorable conocimientos de un tercer idioma.
- Conocimiento del mercado.
- Manejo de programas de gestión hotelera.
- Personalidad abierta y trato agradable.
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas.
- Convicción y entusiasmo.
- Capacidad e iniciativa.
- Resolución de problemas.
- Creatividad.
- Flexibilidad.
- Alto grado de orientación al cliente e iniciativa.
