**We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team**

**Objective**

As a Business Development Representative, you will assist the Sales Representatives on lead generation and sales reporting activities.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls and social media referrals.

Business Development Representative will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the end-users and community through providing compelling and tailored solutions.

Business Development Representative will actively assist the marketing team in creating marketing strategies and tactics that will drive sales.

**Main responsibilities / functions**

As a Business Development Representative, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:

- Work with partners, prospects and existing client base to sell our service offerings: software licensing and professional services across the various business units of the company.
- Follow up on deal generation and upsell opportunities identified by the BIT care teams.
- Work closely with our customer success team to identify new deal opportunities.
- Quotes generation.
- SOW documentation.
- Continuously learn about our product and service offerings to provide improved value to our sales cycle.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with end-users to achieve goals
- Reaching out to and qualifying leads through outbound calling and social media
- Maintaining and growing existing leads
- Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies
- Preparing commercial and pricing documents
- Providing prompt and responses to all customers
- Promoting the company products and services

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing position
- Experience with CRM software
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to deliver results
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent English and Spanish language communication

**Nice to have**:

- Previous experience in ERP, iPaaS, or other B2B Software is desired.
- Previous experience in B2B services is desired.
- Previous experience with Oracle-NetSuite is a plus.
- 2 years of demonstrated experience in the software services industry.
- 1 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Additional Language skills, such as Dutch, French or German.
- Ability to travel.
