**Misión del puesto**:Dinamiza la definición y elaboración de un modelo de relación/gobierno exitoso con los socios y assets, impulsando sistemas digitales y la mejora continua de todas las áreas involucradas en el negocio, y asegurar el cumplimiento de servicio de forma directa en los activos que mantienen formatos de Asset/fondos.
**Las principales funciones del puesto son**:
- Sienta las bases y reglas de relación
- Crear un comité de owner relation que aseguren y den continuidad a las bases creadas.
- Diseñar un sistema de comunicación estandarizado según el modelo, y ofrecerlo proactivamente en la adhesión de nuevos socios
- Asegura con los dptos de Hotel Service la estandarización de los reportes y nível de relación, dinamiza las entregas en tiempo y forma con un rol de Project Management de manera transversal.
- Establece los calendarios de relación y reporting para/con los diferentes departamentos de MHI
- Define nível y formato de reporting de Negocio estándar, y se construye adhoc cuando sea requerido por el socio
- Partipa y vela por el desarrollo definitivo de un repositorio/plataforma digital con la información de interés de los diferentes assets.
- Asegura alineamiento de Business Plan y estudios estratégicos que se comparten con los socios
- Participación - puntualmente - en los Business Review de hoteles con Asset
- Dinamiza la consolidación y entrega a Asset de los informes con más de un activo, zona de operaciones
- Seguimiento periódico a las peticiones tranversales de los socios de cualquier area que no sea de sociedades que son prácticamente semanales/quincenales (Mkt, Ventas, Revenue, It, F&B,)
- Organiza las sesiones extraordinarias con los diferentes equipos y zonas
- Hace seguimiento a la digitalización de herramientas para ofrecer reporting automatizados y mejorar la eficiencia y el rigor del dato.
- Conocer y entender el performance operativo de los activos
- Implementar medición de satisfacción perióridica y Plan de acción
**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en una posición similar
- Título universitario en hostelería, gestión empresarial, ADE o un campo relevante
- Experiência previa en relación con propiedades en cadenas hoteleras internacionales
- Conocimientos altos de Office 365
- Nível muy alto de español e inglés
- Alta capacidad de organización, influencia y gestión con propiedades además de liderazgo y buena comunicación
