JOB DESCRIPTION:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE- This role’s responsibility in the company is to support the Commercial Finance Department having direct responsibility on:
- NON-CLIENT AGREEMENT: drafting complex non client contract (like providers, partners and sponsorship= and supervising the agreements drafts made by the Commercial Finance Executive-
- TARGET MONITORNIG: reviewing, ensuring quality, and reporting information of commercial activity-
- STRATEGIC PROJECTS: supporting strategic projects to improves business performance-
- BUSINESS OPERATIONS: supporting the Senior Commercial Finance Manager in identify, research, and recommend solutions to core business operational issues-
Without this role the company would lack the operational capacity to meet the commercial agreement demand, this will cause major blocks in the company operations increasing customer dissatisfaction and facilitate churn.- In relation to performance side of the position, business strategic decisions will suffer from inaccurate information deriving from the general need of reviewing commercial input information to ensure their accuracy and quality, this will cause a lower quality of strategic decision resulting in a decreasing short and long term performance of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Draft and review of non-client agreements.- This is done through direct work on major agreements with providers and partners, consulting with Ecija legal firm for more complex and sensitive issues.- Reports on commercial activity regularly to the senior management and ensuring the adoption of the company pricing.- This is done through cooperate with the Senior Commercial Finance Manager to create and maintain dashboard with various tools (Salesforce, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, Excel) and reporting information and key insight both to Operational teams and to the Head of Finance and Strategy and with review of commercial proposals and contracts conditions.- Supporting projects and operation improvement to ensure that best practices are respected and alignment to central company goals.- This is done through cooperating with the Senior Commercial Finance Manager to understand and propose solution to complex problems and pursuing operation excellence opportunities.
SKILLS- Understand of business needs: the position needs to have a solid understanding of business most valuable priorities and a wide view of both commercial and legal needs.- Technical and analytical: the person in this role needs to be capable of using different technical tools (Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, Jira) at high level and be capable in identifying key business metrics and build report and insight around those metrics.- Information processing with strong attention to details: a key skill in this position is the ability to focus process multiple and complex information maintaining at the same time a strong attention on the details of an agreement.
EXPERIENCE- Minimum of 3 years managing agreement drafting and workflow- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in performance analysis and report creation- A good level of use of Office Suite is a must- Previous experience using Atlassian products is a plus
QUALIFICATIONS- University Degree in Economics, Legal, Political Science or similar education- MBA or Masters ‘Degree in Project Management, Marketing or similar would be preferable
