**ChangeGroup** is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **HR Administrator** to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As an HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our human resources department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to contribute to the success of a growing organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the HR department's administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and processing documentation related to recruitment, on-boarding, benefits, and performance management.
- Coordinate new employee on-boarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and provide timely and accurate information or guidance.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR metrics.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Produce monthly report of HR statistics for discussion with International Head of HR.
- Undertake adhoc projects identified by the management team.
- Undertake other duties as considered essential for effective operations and services, as this list is not exhaustive.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- HR certification is a plus.
