**Business Development Manager C&I Solar (all genders)**

Full-time / permanent contract / remote work

**About the role**:
As the Business Development Manager for C&I (commercial and industrial) Solar projects, you identify, approach, and liaise with industrial off-takers for our solar solutions for in Spain from contact initiation through contract execution. With your proactive and communicative attitude, you promote Saxovent’s offering and build a pipeline of relevant project leads in our target sectors. You own, maintain, and nurture the relationships to key accounts and partners and help to build visibility for Saxovent’s products within Spain’s industrial sector. In collaboration with the technical, legal, and financing teams, you lead the sales process and convert leads into projects.

**The tasks in detail**:

- Definition of target sectors and customer types for solar PV onsite PPA solutions
- Identification and approach of prospective customers, expansion of the sales pipeline
- Present, promote and sign contracts for solar onsite delivery using convincing argumentation, market data and customer understanding
- Tracking of sales status and progress in the company’s databases
- Provide market, customer and competitive intelligence and participate in sales strategy discussions
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Collaborate with Saxovent’s internal team and external partners in offer preparation, solution design and during contract negotiations and coordinate the sales process

**Your profile**:
Sought knowledge, skills, and personal abilities:

- Motivated and target driven with experience and a proven track record in sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sector
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, ability to represent the company with customers and at events
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Knowledge of the Spanish power sector and/or solar energy is a plus
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Location, language:

- Based in major city in Spain with good access to high-speed rail network and highway infrastructure
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Fluent Spanish, business English skills
