- Tu función consistirá en gestionar las solicitudes y llamadas de los clientes y garantizar que los casos se resuelvan de forma eficaz. Se trata de una excelente oportunidad para alguien con experiência previa en un puesto de atención al cliente y de operaciones que busque una progresión profesional a largo plazo.
- Responsabilidades clave:
- Atender un gran volumen de llamadas y casos: atención telefónica directa en la resolución de incidencias y consultas.
- Garantizar la continuidad de la prestación de servicios respondiendo a todas las solicitudes de asistencia de manera oportuna y profesional
- Documentar todas las llamadas en nuestro sistema CRM Salesforce
- Coordinar los casos de acuerdo con los procedimientos internos y específicos del cliente en materia de operaciones y facturación.
- Gestión y modificación de citas
- Coordinación y gestión con proveedores globales externos

**Condiciones laborales y beneficios sociales**:

- Contrato indefinido.
- 23 días laborables de vacaciones
- Posición 100% presencial en la oficina
- Jornada laboral: turnos rotativos:

- Lunes a viernes - turno 1: 07h30 a 16h00
- Lunes a viernes - turno 2: 14h00 a 22h30
- Un fin de semana al mes: 09h30 a 18h00

- Español, inglés y francés requeridos: competencia profesional completa
- Experiência previa en servicio de atención al cliente y operaciones
- Excelentes dotes comunicativas orales y escritas
- Actitud de compromiso hacia las necesidades del cliente y resolución de problemas
- Capacidad organizativa y multitarea
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma activa y colaborativa como miembro integrado en un equipo
- Sólidos conocimientos informáticos.
