**О вакансии**

Мы ищем русскоязычного консультанта по обучению, который присоединится к команде в Мадриде. Эта позиция является одной из самых стратегически важных в компании goFLUENT: находясь в непосредственном контакте с нашими учащимися, консультанты помогают получить им наилучший опыт обучения и наладить взаимодействие с преподавателями, а также с нашими командами по продуктам и услугам.

**Что вы будете делать**
- Наращивать экспертизу и поддерживать полное понимание наших продуктов и услуг. Объяснять и направлять учеников, начинающих обучение в goFLUENT.
- Помогать ученикам составлять план обучения, понимать их ожидания и эффективно предлагать решения проблем, с которыми они могут столкнуться
- Отвечать на запросы наших учеников по нескольким каналам связи (телефон, электронная почта, чат...)
- Обеспечивать бесперебойную и эффективную связь с внутренними командами
- Проявлять инициативу для оптимизации внутренних процедур, повышения качества ответов и улучшения обратной связи от учащихся.

- Опыт работы в сфере обслуживания клиентов от 1 до 4 лет
- Знание интернет-технологий и владение программами MS Office, Google Docs и Open Office
- Продвинутый уровень английского языка (устный и письменный)
- Высшее образование в любой области
