Misión: Apegado a la filosofía, políticas y estándares de calidad trazados por Meliá Hotels International.
Serás responsable del área de atención al socio del club vacacional, darás un seguimiento puntual con todas las necesidades y experiências antes, durante y después de su estancia en el hotel.
Funciones principales:
- Conocerá los sistemas a través de los cuales se captan las reservaciones.
- Enfocar la atención personalizada en la experiência del socio.
- Trabajará siempre buscando la mejora de los sistemas de calidad como son: Review Pro, RCI, TripAdvisor.
- Propondrá proyectos de inversión y los ejecuta en tiempo y forma.
- Realizará la revisión de llegadas del día y se asegura de dar la bienvenida personalmente a los socios.
- Atenderá de manera personalizada las quejas dando una solución inmediata.
- Se asegurará que los equipos recaben cuestionarios de calidad diariamente para así detectar áreas de oportunidad al momento, logrando cambiar la expectativa del socio cuando aún está en casa.
- Revisará la ocupación actual y futura a fin de hacer propuestas para mejorarla.
- Revisará que la recepción cumpla con los procedimientos que marca la compañía.
- Atenderá vía correo electrónico a las solicitudes de los socios que se reciben de los distintos canales de reservaciones dando respuesta de manera personalizada
**Requisitos**:
EDUCACIÓN Y FORMACIÓN: Licenciatura en Hotelería, Administración, Turismo o afín.
CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS: Dominio del Paquete Microsoft Office, Inglés avanzado ( hablado y escrito ).
2 años de experiência en posiciones de Gerente de Recepción ó Gerente de Guest Service.
Manejo de quejas, habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo, atención al detalle y relaciones públicas.
