Misión:
Responsable de ofrecer la bienvenida a cada huésped que visite el Circle Lounge asegurando la coordinación y tráfico de los mismos, que se utilizan como áreas de gestión de ventas, áreas de lounge de socios y eventos promocionales ejerciendo como anfitrión(a); en apoyo y representación de atención a socios durante las operaciones de las áreas del Club.

Funciones:
Conocimiento del daily, informaciones actualizadas de los servicios del hotel, eventos y actividades, para poder informar correctamente a cualquier pregunta de los huéspedes durante la visita al Lounge o sala de ventas.

Canaliza de inmediato la solicitud del huésped, queja o incidencia al departamento correspondiente, definiendo si es de solución inmediata o de seguimiento.

Recibir a los huéspedes que hacen uso del lounge durante su estadía como socios y asegurar se cumplan las expectativas de servicio, en función de anfitrión(a).
- Asegurar el orden, cumplimiento, Look and Feel y organización del área
- Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares de área de bebidas.
- Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares babysitter (Kids Club Sala de ventas)

Supervisar las visitas de los huéspedes en general, flujo de tours y tráfico, así como eventos promocionales, apoyando al manejo de una operación eficaz donde se cumplan todas las normas y procesos de las operaciones del Lounge.

Asistencia a eventos, coordinando las invitaciones a los mismos, recibiendo a los invitados como un anfitrión en representación de Circle.

**Requisitos**:
Comunicación oral y escrita bilingüe

Dominio del Paquete Microsoft Office

Experiência en hospitalidad
