**BAT SPAIN IS LOOKING FOR A CONSUMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE**
**Responsibilities**:
**Activation Strategy**:
- Devise and execute innovative consumer activation plans aligned with overall marketing and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of activation efforts.
- Manage the coordination and implementation of all promotional materials.
- Support with the development of the 121-activation strategy to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
- Implement annual and monthly promotional plan.
- Management and development of brand visibility assets.
- Own budget management, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Cultivate strong ties with external agencies, guiding the development of engaging campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align activation efforts with organizational goals.
**Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Proactively engage with diverse teams to synchronize activation plans with broader business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for a cohesive approach.
**KPI Management**:
- Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for activation campaigns, ensuring measurable success.
- Implement robust tracking mechanisms to evaluate and report on campaign performance.
**Post-Implementation Reviews**:
- Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to extract insights for continuous improvement.
- Drive a culture of learning and adaptation based on post-campaign analysis.
**Presentations Skills**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to the top leadership team, showcasing the impact of activation initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- University degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or similar. FMCG background is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years with relevant experience in Brand and/or Trade marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in third parties’ management.
- Understand pricing and promo strategy, margin mix and volume drivers.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking & operational management skills, problem solving and analytics capabilities.
- Leadership, teamwork and communication skills. Detail oriented and results focused. An empathetic, inclusive, and can-do attitude.
- Comfort with dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrixed environment.
- High level of written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Excel/Power BI are a must.
