**Be part of a team where you will perform the following tasks**:
We are looking for a Procurement officer, who will support the Administration and Procurement Senior Officer in the day-by-day tasks.

The **Procurement Officer** is part of the Finance Team. He/she will report directly to the Administration and Procurement Senior Officer.

Main tasks will be:

- Support the Preparation and coordinate different procurement processes in close collaboration with the members of the organization.
- Ensure the compliance of Procurement process with the EIT UM procurement policy and process.
- Enforcing the EIT UM procurement policy and process by providing training
- Other ad-hoc projects

**What you will bring along the way**:
**Must-Have**:

- Written and spoken English (C1).
- At least 3 years' experience in public/private Procurement through tender processes.
- Proven procurement document drafting skills.
- Proven experience preparing cost analyses, and reports.
- 1-3 years working in an international, challenging, and ambitious environment.
- Expert user of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Proven ability to drive transparency and simplicity in complex administrative business processes.
- A team player who understands the importance of the teamwork.
- Outstanding communications skills, verbally and in writing.

**Nice-To-Have**:

- Expertise in public procurement.
- Knowledge of additional EU languages other than English.

Kindly note that this position is based in **Barcelona.**

This is a **permanent and full-time position**, with possibility to homework up to 2 days a week.
