As a Sr Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of significant partnerships withing the Southern Europe Region, analysing business and operational performance to find opportunities for optimization and growth.

**What you’ll do**
- Account planning, forecasting and account strategy execution
- Managing key stakeholder relationships, sharing best practices across teams and regions
- Maintain and develop excellent partner relationships at all levels
- Successfully manage key partner negotiations and re-negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with customer account team, including key buyers and decision makers at all levels
- Create and drive opportunities to build customer account
- Recommend products, services, and insights that meet partners needs
- Demonstrates awareness of the policies, practices, trends, and information (including competitor) that impact the organisation and its customers
- Demonstrates strong understanding of the financial impact of decisions/solutions on the organization and its customers.
- Build and drive internal and external business cases as required for change.
- Acquires and maintains a working knowledge of financial data and the company’s standard contract terms and conditions by reading product literature, contracts, and asking questions of peers.
- Learns when to partner with legal resources to modify or adjust standard contract terms.
- Learns the contract negotiation process and how to complete contractual arrangements.
- Conducts straightforward cost, benefit, and risk analyses of possible solutions and the implications not reaching an agreement
- Identifies and actively engages stakeholders in decision making and strategies to benefit account and organization. Closes deals effectively.
- Builds a working knowledge of products, technologies, offerings, etc., within scope of responsibility.
- Develops an understanding of competitors’ standard products and services.
- Develops understanding of customer's industry and competitive market.
- Learns the metrics to assess the performance of products, services, and solutions against customer needs/expectations.
- Develops key value proposition statements, case studies, etc., to demonstrate the value of the company’s products, services, and solutions.
- Understands and reports a customer’s business issues through appropriate organisation channels

**Who you are**
- Proficient in both English & Spanish
- Proficient in Italian (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of how the department operates and fits into the larger organisation
- Experience in sales/account management (5+ years) with a highly successful track record of driving revenue growth for partner accounts
- Experience managing high value accounts with a B2B background
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Well structured and capacity to take on high workload with a strong ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Outstanding relationship building skills selling background and focus
- Background working with senior management, including C-Level executives
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office products including Power Point
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to details such as billing, contract terms, commissions
- You are creative and self-motivated, compelling and “executive level” eye for business
