**Tus tareas como Customer Success Manager (M/F/d)**:
- **Integración**: Aseguras que los nuevos clientes tengan un inicio lo más sencillo posible con la solución de Eturnity y alcancen rápidamente sus objetivos
- **Garantía de éxito**: Mantienes contacto regular con nuestros clientes y les apoyas de manera flexible en sus preguntas y desafíos. Tu objetivo son clientes satisfechos que crezcan junto con la solución de Eturnity y deseen explorar nuevos campos de negocio (movilidad eléctrica, bombas de calor, sistemas fotovoltaicos) (postventa)
- **Responsabilidad**:Toma el liderazgo de proyectos de personalización y desarrollo complejos para nuestros clientes
- **Intermediación**: En la intersección entre clientes, gestión de productos y desarrollo
- **Innovación**:De tus experiências y el feedback de tus clientes nacen nuevas características inteligentes

**Lo que espera**mos de ti**:
- Tienes estudios relacionados con economía, administración de empresas, comercio o similar
- Experiência en éxito del cliente o un área similar
- Afinidad con la IT y experiência inicial en la digitalización y automatización de Customer Journeys
- Conocimientos técnicos en planificación o ventas de bombas de calor / calefacción o sistemas fotovoltaicos son una ventaja
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y disfrute en el trato con las personas
- Experiência en trabajo autónomo, priorización de tareas y rápida comprensión
- Dominio del idioma alemán y español, así como buenos conocimientos del inglés. Conocimientos de francés serían un plus
