Actualmente estamos buscando un/a **Tech People Business Partner** con un mínimo de 2 años de experiência previa. Formarás parte de nuestro equipazo de People y trabajarás muy de la mano con lxs managers de los departamentos tech de la casa.

Los retos de la posición son:

- **IT Recruitment**:

- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con lxs Managers para recoger job descriptions precisas y garantizar una comunicación fluida con ellxs y satisfacer sus necesidades.
- Gestionar nuestro ATS y las ofertas de trabajo.
- Buscar y seleccionar activamente perfiles tech a través de LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Encargarse del proceso de reclutamiento de principio a fin: búsqueda, entrevistas, seguimiento, gestión de ofertas y onboardings.
- Implementar y analizar métricas de contratación para cuantificar el proceso de selección de talento y presentar informes a lxs responsables de recursos humanos y lxs gerentes.
- En momentos puntuales, dar soporte a lxs compañerxs del área de marketing digital.
- **Tech People Business Partner**:

- Participar en iniciativas de desarrollo y gestión del talento tech.
- Asesorar estratégicamente en términos de gestión de personal y recursos humanos.
- Asesorar y colaborar en asuntos laborales, relaciones laborales y cumplimiento de políticas y regulaciones laborales en el área tecnológica.
- Alinear la estrategia de recursos humanos con los objetivos de negocio de la organización.

**Eres tú si**:

- Has finalizado Grado/Máster en RRLL, Psicología, ADE o similar.
- Has llevado a cabo procesos de selección de perfiles IT (Backend, Frontend, UX/UI Designer, UX Researcher, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, MLOps, Data Analyst, Web Designer y/o Product Manager).
- Tu día a día es LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Te apasiona el mundo de la gestión de personas.
- Eres una persona hábil con las tecnologías.
- Eres un/a teamplayer.
- Tienes increíbles habilidades interpersonales y te gusta relacionarte y asistir a los eventos y afterworks.
