**Your mission within Kantox**:

- Advising and influencing leaders across the organisation to ensure that the talent needs are covered. That will include building programs to engage, retain and develop our people throughout their careers with Kantox with a mid & long-term talent strategy in mind.
- Partnership: Be the go-to advisor, offering guidance on talent management and people operations topics. Connect the dots between business and people.
- Operational excellence: improve and automate current processes. Propose innovative people solutions to become more efficient.
- Coaching: Act as an enabler and developing our leaders in change management, building high-performance teams and navigating complex team member relations and terminations.
- Data systems: Collaborate on key people processes implementation, such as recognition, performance & compensation cycles, talent review, employee relations and support employee retention initiatives.
- Data Analytics: Analyze People's KPIs to identify pain points, propose solutions and maintain an industry benchmark on salaries and benefits.
- Feedback champion: Proactively seek and address feedback from others. Provide effective feedback for peers. Work with the business to boost a culture of ongoing performance feedback and development.
- Employee Relations Management: Be an expert in industry best practices around functional areas of new trends and opportunities to constantly raise the bar on people deliverables as well as support the compensation and benefits team.
- Talent Acquisition: support the team to hire the best talent and achieve the business goals related to growth.

**Who you are**
***:

- 3 years experience in HR
- Experience in startups/ tech companies
- BSc in HR or relevant field
- Proven experience in recruitment at high-growth companies
- Extended knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and HR laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and coaching skills; engages and builds effective relationships across the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- People and action-oriented with a focus on results
- Fluent level of English and Spanish
- Knowledge of HRIS and ATS
- Coaching certification would be a plus
