Offer description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager in our Headquarters in Malaga, Spain to strengthen the team.
- Full Time
- Hybrid workplace model

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate with the corresponding KAM in preparation of the pre-project dossier
- Manage his/her team of Project manager, assuring the right workload and project complexity accordingly to their seniority
- Lead the progress of the different PM and the project under his/her responsability, reporting these result to Upper Management
- Manage the customer project platforms information, supporting his/her team to obtain the expected results
- Inform and lead his/her Team for action plan due to a tough project situation, escalating it accordingly
- Coordinate the project Managers workload, distributing and prioritizing projects, ensuring results on time with the quality, deliverables and costs required
- Lead the global project cost evolution of the different PMs together with Project controlling, through monthly PDCC report
- Launch specific Action plan needed with his/her team at whole PREMO level to align PDCC outcomes at PREMO standard requirements
- Control all the aspects of the projects under his/her PM team, that can affect its quality, timing and industrialization
- Assure to keep that company process under his/her responsability updated with the state of the art tools needed
- Assure that his/her team follows all the Company policies

**Skills & Experience**:

- +3 years in a similar position preferably in automotive Industry
- Engineering University Degree
- Project Management training is a plus (PMI or similar)
- High English level is a must
- Collaborative, assertive, flexible, persistent and results-oriented mindset
- Passion and enthusiasm to continue to grow yourself and others around you
