**QA Manager**

The Quality Assurance Manager will play a key role in managing and overseeing the Quality Assurance department of the company. They will be responsible for leading a team of QA professionals and transforming it in order to establish effective testing methodologies, focus on test automation processes, and selecting appropriate cutting edge testing tools to ensure the quality and performance of our products and systems.

We require a highly motivated and proactive individual capable of taking the lead of the area and making it excel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and Quality Assurance processes.
- Experience in test automation.
- Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Leadership skills, proactiveness, and independent decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of Quality Assurance professionals, providing guidance, development, and support to achieve department objectives.
- Methodology Development: Define and manage effective and efficient testing methodologies that ensure the quality of our products and systems.
- Test Automation: Implement test automation strategies and processes to accelerate the testing cycle and improve efficiency.
- Tool Selection: Evaluate, select, and implement suitable testing tools for the Quality Assurance team.
- Project Management: Oversee testing projects, set deadlines and priorities, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Software Development and Project Management to ensure quality from the beginning to the end of the development cycle.
- Mentoring and Training: Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge in Quality Assurance.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and Quality Assurance processes.
- Experience in test automation.
- Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Leadership skills, proactiveness, and independent decision-making.
- Previous experience in a similar role. + 5 years.
