**Our Client **is a leading Industrial, Construction renewable energy company with Presence in the whole European region and also in Malaga, Spain. They specialize in innovative and sustainable energy solutions for the industrial and logistic sectors. Committed to driving the transition to clean energy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy Project Director to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership**: Provide strategic direction and oversee the planning and implementation of renewable energy projects from conception to completion.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay abreast of Spanish energy legislation, ensuring that all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies to foster positive relationships and secure necessary approvals and permits.
- **Financial Management**: Manage project budgets, costs, and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management, highlighting project progress, challenges, and successes.
- **Team Leadership**: Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy Management, Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 8 years of experience in renewable energy project management, with a focus on the industrial and logistic sectors. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- **Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of Spanish energy legislation and regulations related to renewable energy projects.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in French (written and spoken) and native Spanish speaker. Excellent communication skills in both languages.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success.
