With our innovative software solution and together with our partners Checkfront and Rezdy, we digitize their business and help them sell more: both through their own website and through external portals.

**What you will do**

As a vital member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our relationships with customers and key accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

- You will be responsible for establishing and developing the business relationship with our operators and key accounts on a social, structural, and qualitative level.
- You will train, follow and help our operators in the technical implementation of our solution on CMS and sales channels.
- You will support our customers as a reliable consultant. Your responsibility is to ensure the quality and availability of the customer experience.
- You will derive improvement measures from complaints from our customers. In doing so, you will actively participate in improving our software product.
- You will use your friendly attitude to conduct contract renegotiations or upselling with our customers.
- Occasionally, you will use your talents and skills during trainings or meetings at our operator’s offices.

**What we are looking for**
- You have a professional experience in account management or similar position.
- You are keen to present customers with a product that has real added value - and to make it fit their needs.
- You have a strong affinity for technology (esp. API, HTML/CSS) and digital marketing metrics and tools (esp. Hubspot and Pendo)
- You have an impressively purposeful manner and great commitment.
- You speak German and English on a professional level, further languages would be considered a plus (esp. Spanish, French, Croatian, Greek, Dutch).
- Past experiences in SaaS companies, especially in the tourism and tours & activities market would be considered as a plus.

Please note the preferred location for this role is Munich (Germany) but we are open to hiring remotely within Europe.
