ATC Scala Operations, SLU es una empresa internacional especializada en la gestión y optimización de cuentas estratégicas globales. Con presencia en 25 mercados, ATC Scala Operations colabora con empresas líderes para diseñar estrategias efectivas y mejorar la gestión de clientes clave a nível global.

El Departamento de Gestión de Cuentas Globales trabaja junto con el Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) en la planificación y ejecución de estrategias comerciales internacionales, alineadas con los objetivos de nuestros principales clientes. El equipo colabora estrechamente con mercados globales y gerentes de cuentas clave para asegurar el éxito en cada proyecto.

**Objetivos Formativos**:
Durante las prácticas, el estudiante tendrá la oportunidad de desarrollar competencias claves en:

- **Gestión de proyectos**: familiarizarse en el diseño y ejecución de la estrategia global de cuentas, realizando un seguimiento activo de su implementación en los diferentes mercados internacionales.
- **Ventas**: Aprender a liderar la coordinación de la “Encuesta de Clientes Internacionales”, participando en su planificación, ejecución y presentación de resultados, obteniendo experiência en la gestión de relaciones comerciales.
- **Finanzas**: Ganar experiência en la elaboración de informes, análisis de cuentas estratégicas y evaluación de resultados, perfeccionando habilidades en análisis financiero y presentación de conclusiones clave.
- **Marketing**: Ganar experiência en la creación de contenido para el boletín interno global y participar en la planificación de la Cumbre Internacional de Ventas, lo que fortalecerá sus habilidades en marketing estratégico y comunicación global.

Estas actividades formativas permitirán al estudiante adquirir una visión integral de la gestión de cuentas estratégicas, a la vez que trabaja en un entorno multinacional con ejecutivos senior.

**Aptitudes del Candidato**:

- Excelentes capacidades de análisis, organización, trabajo en equipo y comunicación.
- Actitud proactiva para trabajar en un entorno internacional y dinámico.

El estudiante obtendrá un aprendizaje práctico en la gestión de cuentas clave a nível global, desarrollando competencias avanzadas en áreas como ventas, finanzas y marketing. Las prácticas proporcionarán una experiência educativa en un entorno internacional, bajo la supervisión del equipo de ATC Scala Operations, permitiendo al estudiante aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en el Máster en Administración de Empresas de manera efectiva.
