**About the role**:

As Global Market Access Manager, you will play a key role in the development and execution of global marketing access and pricing strategies for Pharmanovia's product portfolio. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs to ensure that Pharmanovia's products are accessible to patients and providers.

Reporting directly to the Chief Brand Officer, you will be part of the Strategic Marketing business area, responsible for global marketing and market access activities.

This position can be based in a hybrid setup anywhere in Europe - preference for Barcelona, Spain; Copenhagen, Denmark; or the United Kingdom.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Development and execution of market access strategies for Pharmanovia's portfolio of pharmaceutical products, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support negotiations with payers and other stakeholders to ensure that Pharmanovia's products are appropriately reimbursed and accessible to patients
- Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams on market access issues and opportunities and collaborate with them to develop effective solutions
- Conduct research and analyse healthcare trends, payer dynamics, and reimbursement policies to identify market access opportunities and prioritise them to maximise product access and uptake
- Assist in the development and delivery of market access training to internal stakeholders to ensure that they have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively communicate the value of Pharmanovia's products to payers and providers

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Bachelor's degree in business / economics or life science-related field
- Solid understanding of the healthcare landscape, payer dynamics and reimbursement systems
- A commercial background with at least 2-3 years of experience at a country level of market access within pharmaceuticals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to anticipate future market trends
- Excellent project management skills, effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English
