Desde la división de Automoción de Capgemini Engineering estamos buscando un perfil de ingeniero/a de manufactura para que se incorpore con nosostros en uno de nuestros principales clientes dentro del sector de la automoción ubicado en Viladecans.

Funciones:
Definir las necesidades técnicas en la compra de nuevos equipos considerando la estrategia de fabricación, el producto, el método operativo y las capacidades requeridas.
- Proponer nuevos equipos de fabricación identificando nuevos proveedores, las capacidades de la maquinaria, la calidad del servicio y el soporte técnico.
- Realizar análisis de la inversión considerando los ahorros y el retorno de la misma.
- Supervisar y validar la instalación de nuevos equipos en base a los hitos del proyecto y a lo especificado en el RFQ.
- Definir las modificaciones necesarias en equipos existentes para conseguir los objetivos de producción en seguridad, calidad y eficiencia.
- Asegurar la formación de los operarios cuando se instala un nuevo proceso / equipo.
- Mantener el proceso mejorando y actualizando los métodos de trabajo y los procedimientos.
- Auditar y analizar los parámetros de proceso para asegurar la estabilidad del proceso y anticipar potenciales incidencias.
- Mantener el know-how de la compañía teniendo la información confidencial protegida.
- Diseñar y operarar los sistemas de control de producción para poder cumplir todos los objetivos operacionales que se propongan y para satisfacer los requerimientos del cliente.

¿Qué buscamos?
- Formación: ingeniería técnica o superior.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência.
- Valorable experiência en el sector automoción, industrial o similar.
- Viajes muy puntuales dentro de Europa, 10%.
- Experiência imprescindible en proceso de Mecanizado (machining and turning)
