**Reason for the role**:
As a fast-paced start-up, we need to attract, recruit and welcome the very best talent we can find on the market. We are looking for a People Experience Coordinator to join our fast-growing team in Spain, at our Madrid office This role will sit in HR. You will be tasked with supporting the full employee life cycle, building relationships with stakeholders and driving the company culture within the team.The role will also require you to manage office issues, keeping on track of employee files, manage company policies and have an understanding of local legislation.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the People Team to support with key priorities
- Contribute to the company culture
- You will oversee and be involved in on-site maintenance functions
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

**Background and skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous startup/scale up experienceProficiency in Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus
- Confident and capable with the ability to engage with stakeholders globally
- Hands-on experience with Spanish local legislation
- Be able to handle Onboarding and Offboarding processes
- Basic knowledge of payroll and social security
- Perform Office management functions for the on-site office, this includes events organization and making sure everything runs smoothly
- Ability to manage, prioritize and respond to a high volume of queries and requests for HR administration / Facilities advice in a calm and organized manner
- Responsible for managing your own role within a flat hierarchy
