**VICTO POSTANOVA**:

- is a IT/Marketing company for promoting and developing financial technologies in the Igaming sphere. We connect, set up, process, and support business using advanced software technologies and partnerships with international payment systems.

Unlike other payment products, VictoPostanova was originally created specifically for the Igaming segment in the world. Our approach is a combination of flexibility and advanced fintech developments with the transparency, stability, and reliability of traditional banking.

Today, Victo Postanova is a business development company of fintech in Latin America.

**Our expectations**:

- Proven successful B2B sales experience in fintech, banking, or IT;
- EXTRA motivated and sociable;
- We prefer those who really want to work with the LATAM market;
- The real experience of finding a decision-maker;
- Knowledge of the sales cycle, phasing;
- Ability to work with rational and effective channels of attracting customers;
- Professional in English (+ Portuguese or Spanish);
- Competent written and oral communication, the ability to formulate thoughts succinctly and easily.

**What you will do**:

- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales figures and targets for B2B clients;
- Carrying out a preliminary analysis of the activity and business of potential customers in order to assess the possibility of selling the product;
- Constant contact with “cold” and “warm” customers through a combination of phone calls, personal contacts for appointments, and product presentations;
- Closing deals, developing a plan for further sales;
- Constant and regular communication about the status of negotiations with the client within the sales cycle;
- Interaction with the product development team to develop a specific value proposition to meet the client’s business needs;
- Further accompaniment and support of the client, solving issues arising during the use of the product;
- Management and constant updating of the customer base for reporting.

**We offer** for the Business Development Specialist position:

- Full-Time job;
- This role is initially based in the office for five days a week during the probation period. Afterward, you will have the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid manner;
- Indefinite term contract;
- Fixed salary + bonuses;
- Equipment for work is provided from the first day in the company;
- The office is located in Barcelona (Poblenou district);
