In this role as a **Technical Service Representative** you will provide expert, comprehensive technical direction and assistance to customers regarding the use of the product lines and facilitate account management with sales.

You responsibilities also include responding to expert level questions and concerns, serving as an expert in all technologies, and generally serving as the highest level of technical support for internal and external customers.

**In this role you will be responsible for**
- Responding to expert comprehensive questions and concerns from the customer regarding product lines and general operations
- Serving as a peer with sales by interacting with line and management personnel, developing a complete understanding of needs and operations, and providing observations and leads to sales
- Performing broad account management activities by maintaining and creating new sales, facilitating orders, developing relationships with all levels of management, and resolving problems in conjunction with sales or other technical personnel.

**What we are ideally looking for**
- High school graduate or equivalent education and experience
- Experience providing technical and line guidance and advice to improve quality and efficiency
- Previous stakeholder management and engagement, with good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate technical and operational concepts to drive sales
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to prioritise and assign work
