Sales Manager Direct Channel

For our Sales Company in Spain we are looking for a Sales Manager Direct Channel and Key Accounts
Main responsibilities:
- Implement NILFISK direct sales strategy, focusing on prioritized areas, segments, and customer accounts.
- Implement all necessary actions to meet sales targets, quarterly and annual.
- Manage day-to-day activities of a sales team to meet defined KPIs: visits, pipeline, win-rate, forecast, revenue, contribution
- Allocate resources to optimize the overall performance of the sales team
- Monitor existing customers and negotiate with new accounts
- Coach sales representatives on behaviors, sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets
- Ensure technical training on products by liaising with Product Management
- Teamwork with Service to grow service revenue, Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordination with Marketing department: Market intelligence, Advertising, Pricing, Product Management
- Collaborate with Finance & Administration to ensure collection of Accounts Receivables
**Requirements**:
- Experience in similar role or as National Key Account Manager, preferably in B2B companies
- Leadership skills and proven experience in people management
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be a plus
- Availability to make business trips
