**HR Business Partner (f/m/d) 100%**:
***In this position, you are a member of our HR Department with the autonomous responsibility for our site in Spain. You are the single contact person for all our almost 50 employees in all HR related topic and report directly to the CHRO. The HR Business Partner is responsible for defined departments, incl. the whole HR cycle such as recruiting, coaching, advising, mentoring, salary discussions etc. The HRBP is a strong support to the CHRO and different matters such as; support in creating and implementing HR Strategy, HR KPI’s, identifying key talents, create development plans for key talents. Create and implement succession planning for key positions.
**My main tasks will be**:
- Responsible in all aspects of operational HR Life Cycle (from recruitment, training & development, performance management etc. until leaving the company)
- Coach, develop and support managers with HR related strategic and operational matters to develop and implement businesspeople strategies
- Develop and strengthen motivation, change, commitment, company culture as well behavior to the code of conduct/ethics
- Cooperation in implementation and further development of HR digitalization, HR policies, regulations, and processes
- You take responsibility for independent counseling, mediation and intervention as a coach of employees as well as the line in conflicts and difficult situations
- You are responsible for recruiting and filling vacancies in your area, through classic recruiting measures to active sourcing
- You will also advise employees and supervisors on all HR topics such as: termination cases, contract changes, illness & accidents, maternity and retirement
- In addition, you will be entrusted with the conception, preparation and implementation of exciting HR projects.
- Negotiation with the workers’ representatives on behalf of the company.
- Your field of activity is limited to the site in Spain, León.
- Partly manage specific projects and contribute to functional and cross-functional initiatives
- Must have strong business and interpersonal skills and be a persuasive communicator - written, oral and active listening - to influence customers, peers and colleagues
- Strong ability to attract and develop top talent
- Able to deal effectively at all levels of an organization
- Ability to supervise and manage multiple projects at the same time
**I bring with me**:
- Bachelor degree in HR or related field
- Strong knowledge in Spanish labor law / legislation
- Team orientation, structured, focused and well-organized working attitude; open-minded for new ideas and suggestions; agile, highly motivated and dynamic drive
- Excellent people management skills
- Experienced in recruiting, HR Administration, Contract creating (in English)
- A good operational level of English and Spanish is a Must
