**How you’ll leave your mark**

As a Talent Sourcer, you will support IFF’s strategy by sourcing the best talent for our businesses. The primary focus of the team is resourcing immediate, priority hiring need whilst supporting the development of our strategic talent pipeline. On this role, you will get to support EMEA and US markets.

**Role Description**

You will be responsible for talent sourcing for key roles and developing our talent pipeline. You will be aligned to key business units and functions and partner with the Recruiters and other stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing strategies.

**Scope of Responsibility**
- Represent IFF to the highest standard
- Actively participate in designing the search strategy with the recruiter and the hiring team
- Attend intake sessions & provide progress updates
- Effectively leverage social media tools to source talent
- Comply with all employment legal regulations
- May support other recruiting team activities in EMEA & NA regions

**Job Requirements**:
Job Qualifications
- Graduate degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English, additional languages would be advantageous
- Effectively managing and executing on several challenging priorities concurrently
- Positive and “can do” attitude
- Strong customer service and quality orientation
- Demonstrated professionalism and capability to deliver
- You are interested in working in a multicultural environment

We offer a temporary contract (18months) with possibility to move into an in house position.
