**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:
Our work allows us to manage our relationship with drivers through multiple communication strategies. We develop the communications across the whole driver lifecycle, including standard campaigns and automations. The role will be manage campaigns across the markets to ensure we engage and retain our drivers.
Some of the challenges you will face will be to create highly success communication strategies that can be implement in every one of the 10 EU countries we operate in. It is highly scalable, super dynamic and required a large volume of stakeholder engagement.
**Our Tech Tools/Core Competences**: CRM | Planning | Campaign Management | A/B Testing | Analytical
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:
- 1-3 years experience in CRM or a similar field (preferably in an app platform industry)
- Passionate about bring the users perspective to all CRM communication interactions.
- Strong organisation skills to manage multiple campaigns and project concurrently.
- Data driven approach to campaign analysis, testing and roadmap development
- Effective communication (upwards and downwards) and ability to collaborate across different functions and levels of the organisation
- Excellent English skills (other European languages are a plus but not required)
