Job Title: French-speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Are you fluent in French and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join our dynamic team in the vibrant city of Barcelona We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of a French-speaking Customer Support Representative.
**Responsibilities**:
**Issue Resolution**: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Product Knowledge**: Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
**Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
**Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
**Feedback**:Provide insights and feedback from customers to the internal teams to improve products and services.
**Requirements**:
**Language Proficiency**: Being fluent in French (both written and spoken) is a must. Additional proficiency in English is a plus.
**Customer Service Skills**: Proven experience in a customer service role with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
**Tech-Savvy**:Comfortable using various customer support tools and software. Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
**Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
**Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with colleagues across different departments.
**Empathy**: Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
