**Job Description**:
This is a great opportunity for a Junior HRBP to join the team and work alongside the Head of HR to provide a high-quality service to Spain and Sweden markets whilst working collectively across all HR regional projects providing exposure and continuous upskilling opportunities within different areas such as Onboarding, Equity Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance and Rewards, Benefits, EVP, etc.

This is a hands-on all-encompassing and administrative role and will require you to operate with confidence at a strategic and operational level to engage with HR and senior stakeholders.

Ideally you will have experience within an HR generalist/advisory role with a keen interest to focus on various projects. This person will mainly:

- Provide day to day support for employees and managers on HR matters alongside the Head of HR.
- Actively participate in the onboarding process.
- Help handle employee relations counselling and exit interviewing.
- Manage immigration /relocation processes.
- Assisting with the annual year-end processes.
- Contribute to develop HR projects, such as ED&I and job categorizing exercise.
- Assist in developing and administering training programs for managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws.
- Work with the internal HR systems to maintain human resource information records and create reports.
- Continually work with the population alongside the Head of HR, ensuring that they are retained to be successful within the firm.

**Qualifications**:
Background in Human Resources / Psychology degree / other relevant studies.

Ideally you will have 5 years' experience within an HR generalist/advisory role with a keen interest to focus on various projects around recruitment, DE&I and L&D.

Experience gained within an international and fast-paced environment is preferred.

Excellent communications skills.

Fluent in English and Spanish (both oral and written).
