**HR Business Partner - Madrid**

As an HR Business Partner based in Madrid, you will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and execute, driving the business and the company's operations across Spain and Portugal. Your expertise will be pivotal in areas such as employee relations, talent management, performance management and organizational development.

In this role, you will align HR practices with business objectives, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and enhance people experience along the end-to-end HR processes and solve complex request from employees related to the HR realm, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational growth, helping to build a positive work environment.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Build relationship with business leaders as a trusted advisor, to develop and implement HR strategies aligning them to organizational and business goals,
- Provide guidance on HR policies to people managers, and implement and enhanced employee experience
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and the corporate HR strategy as trusted advisor/HR business partner.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and the other relevant COEs such as C&B, HRIS, PR, ELG, HR Knowledge Center, hiring managers to attract top talent, facilitate the recruitment process and facilitate across the board a flawlessly WU HR Philosophy and approach to talent management.
- Implement performance management programs and drive employee development initiatives.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster high performing organization.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations in Spain and Portugal
- Support organizational change initiatives and provide expertise in change management.
- Utilize HR data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field; HR certification preferred (e.g.CIPD)
- 4- 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Spain and Portugal.
- Excellent interpersonal, multicultural communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite;
- Experience with Workday is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization and work across different regions and departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
